Julie East is a seasoned HR professional and executive coach, passionate about helping leaders reach their full potential. A former Vice President of HR, she has led initiatives in culture and employee engagement across retail, technology, and hospitality industries.
Julie is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach and provides coaching using the DISC behavioral assessment. She is especially focused on helping Operations leaders develop strategic thinking skills.
She holds a psychology degree from Oklahoma State University and has completed programs in Instructional Design (UC) and Change Management (Johns Hopkins).
