MATT LEVIN

Assistant Practice Director 

Matt joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2021 as a Senior Search Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2022. He leads recruiting efforts across Construction and Development as well as Manufacturing, Engineering, Distribution, and various Operations functions.

With nearly 20 years of experience in both search and corporate recruiting, Matt values the relationships he has built throughout his career. His passion for talent acquisition shines through his collaborative approach and commitment to creating genuine partnerships in hiring.

A Baltimore native, Matt graduated from Loch Raven High School in 2001 and Towson University in 2005. He enjoys staying active in the community, supporting various nonprofits and professional business groups.
