Mark joined Chesapeake Search Partners in June 2021 as a Search Consultant, bringing a diverse background in customer and client relationship development and sales. He specializes in Accounting and Finance searches across various industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Professional and Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Nonprofits. His expertise includes talent acquisition planning, candidate mentoring, client relationship management, and recruitment strategy.

He graduated from Salisbury University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Professional Sales, during which he was a member of the Salisbury University Hockey Team. After graduation, Mark worked with a professional sales company, collaborating closely with busy executives to provide tailored solutions within the clothing industry. Originally from St. Mary’s County, MD, he has been a Baltimore resident since 2019 and continues to expand his network and community involvement locally.
