Describing herself as a “Swiss Army knife recruiter,” Jackie thrives in searches that do not fit neatly into one specialty or hiring category. Rather than focusing solely on filling roles, she partners closely with both clients and candidates to navigate hiring decisions thoughtfully and strategically. Her strengths lie in candid career guidance, strong relationship management, candidate mentoring, and helping organizations think more holistically about talent, leadership, and long-term team needs.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Dickinson College, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, culture, and organizational behavior. Jackie began her professional career in the fashion industry before transitioning into recruiting in 2011, where she discovered her passion for helping people navigate career growth and organizational change.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Jackie remains passionate about fostering talent, mentoring professionals through career transitions, and building enduring partnerships throughout the hiring process.
