Gianna joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2024 as a Search Consultant, bringing a strong background in HR and sales recruiting. In her current role, she specializes in searches within the Financial Services industry, helping clients identify top talent that aligns with their strategic goals.

Gianna’s expertise spans recruitment strategy, candidate mentoring and professional development, client management, marketing, and customer service. She is passionate about building long-term relationships and providing customized solutions to help candidates and clients thrive.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in international business from West Chester University, Gianna was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs. She has enjoyed expanding her network in the Baltimore area and now proudly calls it home. She is eager to get more involved in community service initiatives, focusing on supporting fitness, mental health, and animal welfare efforts.
