Chloe joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2023 as a Search Consultant, bringing a diverse recruiting background from industries such as Sales and Healthcare. In her current role, she primarily focuses on Accounting & Finance searches within the Family Office, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Financial Services sectors. Chloe is experienced in recruitment strategy, candidate mentoring, and client management.

Chloe earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources from The University at Buffalo in 2019. During college, she was actively involved in Alpha Gamma Delta, where she served as Vice President of Finance, supported various community events, mentored new students, and helped clean up the neighborhood.

Since moving to Baltimore, Chloe has continued to engage in the community through networking events, volunteering at her local church, and joining the Hunt Valley Business Forum. She brings a strong work ethic and an extensive East Coast-based network to the Chesapeake Search Partners team.
