Cassidy joined Chesapeake Search Partners in November 2021 as the Operations Coordinator, introducing new approaches to streamline how the firm organizes its files, timesheets, and overall operational procedures. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Salisbury University in 2019 and now manages CSP’s overall Operations and Marketing efforts.

Since joining CSP, Cassidy has guided the company through a rebrand as they celebrated a decade in business and spearheaded a HubSpot implementation initiative. She is certified in HubSpot Marketing Software, SEO, and Content Marketing. Additionally, Cassidy oversees front-end website development, consistently updating and enhancing the CSP brand. She also provides support across sales, finance, and human resources, contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.

Cassidy excels at identifying areas for optimization, improving processes, and problem-solving. She enjoys being part of projects that bring people together and take pride in seeing the tangible results of her efforts.
