Meet Leanely Cruz. Leanely is an undergraduate Marketing student at Loyola University Maryland, with minors in Philosophy and Data Analytics. She is actively seeking a Summer 2026 internship in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area, where she can apply her interdisciplinary education in a collaborative, real-world business environment.
Leanely brings a strong blend of analytical thinking and ethical perspective to her work, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and responsible business practices. She is particularly interested in how thoughtful strategies and efficiency can drive positive outcomes in modern organizations.
She currently serves as a Residential Assistant at Loyola, supporting a diverse student community through programming, conflict resolution, and day-to-day operations. Leanely is also a Study Abroad Ambassador who previously studied in the Czech Republic, where she gained valuable international business and cultural experience.
Additionally, Leanely works as a Receptionist and Spa Hostess at About Faces Salon & Spa, providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced setting. She is a Division One NCAA Track & Field student-athlete and a member of the Track & Field Leadership Team, balancing athletics with academic and professional commitments.
Leanely’s skills include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, customer service, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, strong communication, and creative problem-solving.
