Step Out of The Batter’s Box and Take a Swing

I connect with a lot of professionals in transition, and many often ask if they should potentially change careers and try something new. My response, “Why not?!” Your knowledge, skills and abilities might line up nicely for a role you may have never considered. If you can step outside of your zone and take a swing somewhere else, go for it. Be creative.
