Julia assumed her role at CSP last November and has demonstrated exceptional dedication and enthusiasm. Originally from Oak Park, California, Julia’s journey led her to Baltimore following her graduation in 2014. Since building her foundation in Charm City, she has thrived personally and professionally, forming enduring connections within the community.
Julia embraces the challenges life throws at her and is unwaveringly committed to personal and professional growth. This spirit was evident during her collegiate softball career when she pursued opportunities at Purdue and Mercer University, a decision that propelled her across the country and ultimately enriched her with invaluable experiences, independence, and connections.
Joining CSP was a natural fit for Julia, driven by her aspiration to be part of an organization renowned for its exceptional culture. She sees her role as a Search Consultant as an opportunity to positively impact lives by connecting individuals with transformative career opportunities.
Focusing on fostering meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, Julia finds satisfaction in facilitating connections that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
