Rachel joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2021 as a Search Consultant, initially focusing on Real Estate and Financial Services searches. In her current role, she continues to support these industries and has gained experience in various functions such as acquisitions, development, investment, leasing, lease administration, property management, and real estate analysis.

With expertise in client management, candidate mentoring, and recruitment strategy, Rachel brings a strong skill set to her work. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, she earned her degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. After graduation, she continued her community involvement by joining the Hunt Valley Business Forum and participating in events like Catch A Lift’s annual community workout to support combat-injured veterans.
