Julia joined Chesapeake Search Partners in November 2023 as a Search Consultant, bringing a diverse recruitment background in HR, IT, and Sales. She now specializes in HR searches across industries such as Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services, and Family Office. Her expertise includes talent acquisition planning, candidate mentoring, and client relationship management.

Julia graduated from Mercer University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Political Science. She was a member of the Purdue University Softball Team from 2009 to 2012 and continued her athletic career at Mercer. Originally from Southern California, Julia has been a Baltimore resident for over a decade and is an active member of Howard County SHRM and CHRA.
