Laura Locke joined CSP’s HR Consulting Team in 2023 and now supports clients through Chesapeake HR Solutions. She brings over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with both global and regional leadership roles across organizations of all sizes. Her industry background includes Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Industrial Machinery, Military & Government Contracting, Medical, Dentistry, and Industrial Gases & Chemicals.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Laura is recognized as a strategic business partner with a highly collaborative approach—building strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Her areas of expertise include recruiting process improvement, upskilling recruiting teams, data analytics and reporting, manager training, candidate experience, vendor management, and applicant tracking systems.

She holds an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a B.S. in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University. Laura is SHRM-SCP certified and serves on the Board of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA).
