John is a founding partner at Chesapeake Search Partners, specializing in Accounting & Finance recruiting and overseeing recruiting operations for the firm. With nearly 20 years of experience, he manages both direct-hire and contractual searches across a wide range of industries. John plays a key role in driving training and development initiatives, guiding the recruiting team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

John began his recruiting career with Stephen James Associates in 2008, focusing on Accounting and Finance searches. A Baltimore native, he is a proud graduate of Calvert Hall College High School and James Madison University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in History. John resides in Glen Arm with his wife and three sons, staying actively involved in the Greater Baltimore community while fostering meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
